Friday, February 11, 2011 Pitchers & Catchers report!Spring training is just around the corner but Cubs(c) pitchers and catchers will report to Mesa this Sunday. Let's hope the extra time in Arizona will make for some great pitching at Wrigley this summer. All of us stuck here is the frozen tundra will try not to be jealous of the near 80 degree temperatures they'll be enjoying.

Thursday, February 10, 2011 Will 2011 be the year the Cubs bring the World Series back to Wrigley?With Mike Quade at the helm this season will the Cubs(C) be able to bring the World Series home to Wrigley? Some great trades and changes within the ranks have the Cubs(C) getting ready for Spring Training with a new outlook. Quade already has the support of the players as seen by the upswing the team enjoyed at the end of the 2010 season when he took over for Lou Pinella, Kerry Wood has returned, and the addition of Pena and Garza all look promising for a successful 2011. We'll see if "next year" is finally here.
